Deep Cleaning
Our initial cleaning is always a very thorough deep cleaning. You are then able to schedule monthly, quarterly, and seasonal detailed cleaning services beyond our regularly scheduled cleaning. These often include window blinds, hard to reach areas, and stain removal.
Green Cleaning
All of our cleaning products are carefully chosen, safe, and effective. We also provide completely green friendly cleaning products upon requests. Rest assured that your staff and customers are being protected from not only bacteria but also harmful chemicals.
Post Construction
Nothing can be more frustrating than to finish a small or big construction project and to be left with a huge mess even after the post construction cleaning by the contractors. We love to partner with you and come in after completion and get your building ready for the first work day or just get it ready for your regular cleaning team to maintain.
Quarterly Detail cleaning/Spring Cleaning
This is a detail often overlooked. We like to put our clients on a detail cleaning rotation that will hit the things regular cleaning doesn’t touch. Like blinds, window sills, wiping walls in bathrooms, ceiling return vents, etc.
Business, medical, financial offices
We work along side you to develop a site specific cleaning plan. Whether you are business, medical, or financial institutes, we can create a specific cleaning plan that will fit your exact needs.
As for business references, in all these years, normally you won’t get a company to put their name on your website often, but I could put references available upon request or included in bids.
